1. Information We Collect

Camera & Photos — InflammAge uses your device camera to perform face scans and food scans. Photos taken within the app are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) for analysis only. We do not store, retain, or share your photos or facial images on our servers. Images are processed in real time and immediately discarded after analysis.

Usage Data — We may collect basic usage data such as app interactions, scan frequency, and feature usage to improve the app experience. This data is anonymized and not linked to your personal identity.

Purchase Information — All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment details, credit card information, or billing data.

Locally Stored Data — Scan results, inflammation scores, and food logs are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless explicitly stated.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide the core features of InflammAge including face scanning, food scanning, and inflammation tracking
• Calculate and display your Inflammation Age and related scores
• Improve the accuracy and performance of the app
• Respond to support requests

3. Third Party Services

OpenAI (GPT-4o Vision API) — Used to analyze face and food photos. Images are sent to OpenAI's API for processing and are subject to OpenAI's privacy policy. Photos are not retained after processing. openai.com/privacy

RevenueCat — Used to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat may collect anonymized purchase data to manage your subscription entitlements. revenuecat.com/privacy

Superwall — Used to manage and display paywall screens. Superwall may collect anonymized usage data related to paywall interactions. superwall.com/privacy

Meta (Facebook) — Used for advertising and app promotion. Meta may receive anonymized, aggregated data about app installs and events through Apple's SKAdNetwork for ad measurement purposes. No personally identifiable information is shared. facebook.com/privacy

4. Face Scan & Biometric Data

InflammAge uses AI to analyze visible facial features for wellness indicators. This is not a medical diagnostic tool. The Inflammation Age score is a general wellness metric and should not be interpreted as medical advice or a clinical diagnosis.

Facial images are transmitted securely to OpenAI for analysis and are:

• Not stored on our servers
• Not used to identify individuals
• Not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for analysis
• Not used to train AI models

5. Data Retention

Photos and facial images are deleted immediately after analysis. Scan results and scores are stored locally on your device only. You can delete all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the app.

6. Children's Privacy

InflammAge is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Since most data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling InflammAge.

8. Security

All data transmitted between InflammAge and third party services is encrypted using industry standard HTTPS/TLS protocols. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Advertising & Analytics

We use Meta (Facebook) Ads to promote InflammAge. Meta may collect certain anonymized data about app interactions to measure ad performance and optimize delivery. This is handled through Apple's SKAdNetwork framework which is privacy-preserving by design and does not share personally identifiable information with Meta.

We do not use Meta Pixel inside the app. Any ad measurement is conducted through SKAdNetwork in compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

If you choose to opt out of tracking when prompted by iOS, no advertising data will be collected from your device.

11. European Union Users — GDPR

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right to access — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to erasure — you can request deletion of your personal data
• Right to rectification — you can request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to restrict processing — you can request we limit how we use your data
• Right to data portability — you can request your data in a portable format
• Right to object — you can object to processing of your data for marketing purposes

Our legal basis for processing your data is legitimate interest (to provide the app features you requested) and consent (for any optional analytics or advertising tracking). To exercise any of your rights, contact us at hello@ureche-directmkt.com and we will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated.

12. Canadian Users — PIPEDA

If you are located in Canada, your data is handled in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You have the right to access personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent for data collection at any time, and request correction of inaccurate information.
